With no technical skills needed and very low physical requirement and a great opportunity for sightseeing;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Difficult Short<\/strong><br \/>Any age or sex, individually or in group.<br \/>The course uses safe linear references. Basic technical skills are needed but very low physical skills are required and also with the opportunity for sightseeing;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Easy Long<\/strong><br \/>Any age or sex, individually or in group.<br \/>The course uses safe linear references. Basic technical skills are needed and physical skills are required and also with the opportunity for sightseeing;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Difficult Long<\/strong><br \/>Any age or sex, individually or in group.<br \/>Formal orienteering course that requires technical orienteering skills and some physical skills. The purpose of this course is the participation of licensed athletes which have sent their entries after the last deadline.<\/p>\n<h1><strong>World Ranking Event<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>\u2013 The Sprint on the 17th of February and the Middle distance on the 18th of February will be World Ranking Events for Elite classes.<br \/>\u2013 During that races, GPS watches <strong>with map display<\/strong> won\u2019t be allowed in Elite classes.<\/p>\n<h1><strong>Race time limits<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>The race time limits are:<br \/>Middle Distance \u2013 2 hours<br \/>Sprint \u2013 1 hour<\/p>\n<h1><strong>Prizes<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>WRE &#8211; Five best in M\/W Elite<\/p>\n<p>NAOM 2024 &#8211; Prizes for the 3 best classified in all classes (5 in ME e WE). Awards for the 3 clubs with highest score.<\/p>\n<h1><strong>Sport insurance<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>\u2013 Athletes affiliated in FPO are covered by FPO insurance;<br \/>\u2013 National and Portuguese resident non-affiliated athletes are covered by POF insurance;<br \/>\u2013 Foreign and\/or non-resident athletes are not covered by any insurance.
