Matosinhos City Race is an urban foot Orienteering event, organized by Grupo Desportivo dos Quatro Caminhos and by the Portuguese Orienteering Federation in partnership with Matosinhos City Hall, through Matosinhos Sport.

The event will have two stages of foot orienteering taking place on the 10th and 11th of May 2025, with start time at 10h00, and an adapted orienteering stage taking place on the 10th of May 2025, with start time at 10h30.

This event is open to people of all ages, and you can participate individually or as a group. Anyone can participate in competition classes, as being federated is not a requirement.

Even if you have never seen an Orienteering map or a compass, you have the possibility of joining the event as the organization will have monitors available to teach and accompany you.
